3 Weeks Old

So Mason is three weeks old today... in some ways the past three weeks have flown by; in others it seems like forever since we were in the hospital. Mason is growing quickly; which isn't surprising considering the fact that he always seems to be hungry, especially in the middle of the night!!! We have been very blessed by friends and family bringing food over all the time and so we've both been able to really just focus on learning how to care for our little guy. Joe will return to work next week, and Mommy and Mason will start learning how to live without our expert diaper changer.
We would all really appreciate prayer, as having a newborn is just as tiring as they warn you it will be. Up all night, frequent feedings, fussiness-- it's hard to maintain loving patience as we struggle to learn his cues and cope with our fatigue. Overall, though, we are blessed to have a healthy handsome baby!
