we are busy getting ready for Africa; we'll be on the plane two weeks from today. we're doing swim lessons with Mason every morning in case he gets overexcited about the grandparents' pools while we're gone (he thinks he's a fish!), and I'm busy downloading the whole Bible on audiobook to my I-pod for the long plane ride :)

we were able to raise all the money we set out to raise for our trip, so we only had to pay for the deposit and for our millions of shots and malaria pills-- hurray!
