Saturday morning



We got to see the video of Teshale's birth mama and first home today, which was very emotional. his mom is beautiful and very brave.

Teshale is sick today; he was coughing yesterday but today has a slight fever, they diagnosed him with bronchitis and are starting an antibiotic, which will be good i think so that we don't have to take a sick baby on such a long flight.

He is not as happy today, of course, and very moany and whimpery :( The one good thing out of that though is that he pretty much just wanted to be held and kept falling asleep in our arms.

He is especially precious when he is sleeping and snoring! (Cassie, he was sleeping with eyes open for a little while-- another baby just like Aunt Cassie?)

We are having awesome food and have an amazing group of families... no abrasive personalities, everyone trying to help each other as much as possible. We are about to go shopping and buy lots of presents!

So sorry he isn't feeling well, but so glad they are getting him meds today instead of Wednesday!

He is so beautiful and that pic of him asleep is just precious! Enjoy your shopping and dinner show.

It just makes me so happy that he is really attaching to you guys already! I bet it just melts your heart, because it almost brings tears to my eyes. It is so funny (in the great funny way) that he is already displaying some family qualities. And he is just beautiful. I'm thinking of you all the time. Love, Amy

Just wanted to let you know how happy we are for you. It is such an amazing thing that you have done and with such patience and grace. I cannot wait to meet him someday (hopefully soon.) I know everything will go beautifully and he will love all of you so very much!

YEAHHHHH!!! This all sounds like it is going really well. I hope Teshale feels better soon. The kids are really resiliant, so I am sure he will be up to FULL speed soon. Much love to you all.

Enjoy your cuddles while he is laying low. We'll be praying for healing for Teshale and a safe trip back. Can't wait to see you all. Zach is ready for "cupcakes" :)
