So Great, So Great

This Micah is so so great. We are just loving him and enjoying him so much. Not that he is doing that much, but he is fascinating when he is perfectly still and sleeping, when he is dreaming with his eyes open and making little twitchy smiles, when he is stretching and yawning and squeaking ang grunting, and even when he is pooping. Somehow everything this guy does is amazing to watch! Here he is thinking deep thoughts:

He is a great, easy, sleepy baby so far. He is awake for about 4 minutes every day. He even seems to sleep while he's eating, a very special talent :) We had a birthday party for him today (Mason and Pappy made a cake with sprinkles) and he even slept through that! Luckily so far he seems not to be bothered by the noise his brothers make.

They are very excited about him but pretty good about leaving him alone when he's asleep. When they see those eyes open, though, they are super-excited! Last night Mason found him with his eyes open while I was changing his diaper, and immediately started singing him lullabies, while Micah watched and listened quietly. Melt my heart :)

God is good, we are blessed to be parents to this little guy.
